What is deleted
Your account, if the app has one, and everything stored against it: profile details, settings, submitted results and any data the app collected while you used it. You can also ask us to delete the data and keep the account.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate statistics that cannot be traced back to a person stay, and we keep records the law obliges us to keep, such as invoices, for as long as it obliges us to.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt by email, and confirm again when the deletion is done. That is within 30 days of your request, as the law requires, and usually much sooner.
